I have previously explained in my blog the purpose and specific actions behind introducing a Health Coordinator. However, assigning a dedicated position immediately often raises concerns such as “Will it really work?”, as well as considerations of cost and organizational adjustment.
Therefore, as a more practical first step, we are offering Individual Consultations, where you can discuss your
current challenges and the direction of your future activities, while also gaining hints on team operations centered
on health.
If you are interested, please apply through the form below under “For those who wish to request an Individual
Consultation.”

TogglePurpose and Significance of Individual Consultation
As live performances become increasingly important, an artist’s physical condition can be considered the most critical factor for success in both business and creativity.
The Health Coordinator serves as a partner for labels and traditional music productions with in-house production functions by reducing business risks and increasing returns. For artists, they play the role of a companion who improves mental and physical health and enables better performance.
Examples of Consultation Topics
Planning Stage
- • Reviewing production, filming, promotion, and live performances across the year to design peak workload and recovery buffers (seasonal structuring, workload distribution).
- • Conducting baseline condition assessments (physical strength, vocal ability, range of motion, hearing, sleep) for each artist to determine optimal workload.
Production and Studio Work: Productivity & Injury Prevention
- • Determining appropriate session schedules and vocal load management (shorter sessions spread across multiple days, guidelines such as avoiding very early morning vocals).
- • Guidance on warm-up/cool-down routines, humidity/environment management, and voice care during tours.
Rehearsal, Live, and Tour Operations (high cost-effectiveness area)
- • Periodization during rehearsals (endurance, intensity, skills), and workload tracking using RPE/HRV/sleep.
- • Strategies for air travel and jet lag (light, sleep, nutrition, hydration, sodium planning), hot/cold environment management, and infection prevention.
- • Managing physical load and safety for all crew members including dancers and band (fall prevention, heatstroke, lower back safety during equipment handling, etc.).
